Josef Howard is a pen name. I have been writing erotic muscle stories since 1998. My first story was the Virus series which is posted on this site. The stories I write are as much for me as for my readers. I find that writing them enhances my fantasies, and finishing each story clears the way for more and more.

I draw inspiration from personal experience, fairy tales, childhood stories, and even the Bible.
